Refund policy

No Returns Policy:

• Due to the personalized nature of our Nikkah certificates, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• We take great care to ensure the quality of our products and packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
• In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
